Our cold-pressed cleanses will leave you feeling replenished, with a clearer mind and purer body.
SHOULD I DO A 1-day, 2-day, 3-DAY, 5-DAY OR A 7-DAY CLEANSE?
It depends what want out of your cleanse. a 5 or 7-day cleanse is a deeper, more intense experience than a 3-day cleanse. However, if you’re new to juicing, we recommend starting with our 2-day Newbie. Best not to shock the body by diving into the deep end before you’re ready. Work you way up every month or every other month.
ARE THERE ANY DETOX SYMPTOMS/SIDE EFFECTS THAT I MAY EXPERIENCE?
It's important to choose the right cleanse for you based on your current diet in order to minimise any potential detox symptoms. When cleansing, toxins are brought up and released from the body. This can sometimes cause headaches, fatigue, skin flare-ups or irritability. increasing your intake of H2O, working up a gentle sweat and lots of rest will help you minimise these side effects. Also, this is the reason we add ginger shots to ease side effects. We highly recommend to prep your body 2 days prior to avoid symptoms/side effects.
ISN'T FIBRE IMPORTANT?
Fibre's vital for digestion. When you’re not cleansing, it’s important to include plenty of fibre in your diet cause it helps move things along. However, the effectiveness of a cleanse is a result of leaving fibre out, thereby giving your digestive system a rest and letting the body focus on renewing and repairing. By removing the fibre, larger quantities of vitamins and minerals can be more easily absorbed by the body. Remember, it’s only temporary.
WILL I BE HUNGRY ON A JUICE CLEANSE?
It's pretty normal to feel hungry in the first couple of days. We recommend to drink plenty of water and herbal tea. If you need extra kombucha, nut milk, coconut milk/water, vegetable broth are great too!

DOESN'T THE BODY NATURALLY CLEANSE ITSELF?
Definitely. Our bodies cleanse naturally but there’s only so much strain we can put on our system before it takes it's toll. When our bodies are constantly overstretched, our immune system suffers. We become ill, have poor digestion and feel perpetually tired. Adding juices is a great way to help and nourish your cells.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CHEAT?
Try and stick it out as best you can but if you're desperate, you can bend the rules without completely ruining the efforts of cleansing. We recommend raw green smoothies, fresh watery fruits, and vegetable purees or homemade vegetable broth. These are all still easy for the body to process and shouldn't hinder the cleansing process.
HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN A CLEANSE?
Our mission is to help people become more aware of their day-to-day food choices and less concerned with counting calories, as not all calories are created equal. as some customers are still concerned with caloric intake, we estimate that most of our juices range between 60 to 200 calories (per 500ml). Our cleanses range between roughly 1000 to 1200 calories per day.
WHAT ABOUT THE SUGAR IN JUICE?
Natural sugars are found in fruit juices but it’s important to make the distinction between added sugars and sugars that occur naturally in foods like fruits and veggies. These sugars are derived from healthy foods containing water, vitamins and various nutrients. Naturally occurring sugars are essential for fueling our bodies. they help us feel energized, especially after working out. that being said, it's still better to eat fruit in its wholefood form as fiber helps slow down the absorption of sugar, avoiding possible spikes in blood sugar levels. bottom line, fruit juice is not ‘unhealthy’. In fact, it can be a healthy addition to your diet providing the body with essential health-promoting vitamins and minerals. We promote lower levels of 20%fruit 80% vegetables in our juices and use fruit juices to help those who are new to juicing, ease in and maintain their cleanses.
AM I GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT ON A CLEANSE?
You’ll most likely lose weight but you have to stick to a healthier diet after your juice cleanse. We added tips in our e-book if that’s your goal. However, our main goal is we want you to focus on resetting your body, balancing your system, breaking old habits and making new, better ones.
CAN I EXERCISE WHILE CLEANSING?
Sweating's one of the best way to help release toxins from the body. However, we advise you decrease your intensity and duration of any exercise during your cleanse. Walking, massage, or gentle yoga are great during a juice fast.
IS IT USEFUL TO DO A CLEANSE FOR JUST ONE DAY?
Absolutely! a one-day cleanse can act as a stepping stone and lead to a longer, deeper cleanse. Although short, it’ll still give your digestive system a valuable time-out. it's always beneficial to add more fresh, organic, cold-pressed juices and plant-based foods into your diet. Even if you've only got 24 hours, you'll still feel some of the benefits. Always try to challenge yourself.
HOW OFTEN CAN I CLEANSE?
Whenever you're feeling run down or in need of a pick-me-up. Some people cleanse once a month while others do every 3 to 6 months but it's entirely personal. Whether you're cleansing or not, we're about making cold-pressed juices part of your daily routine. A regular intake of fresh nutrient dense juices will keep your body working at it's best, inside and out.
