By cleansing your body on a regular basis and eliminating toxins from your environment, your body can begin to heal itself, prevent disease, and become more strong and resilient than you even thought possible.
Don't binge before you start your fast. Wipe the slate clean of unwanted waste in order to get the best results.
Try to prepare yourself a few days in advance by cutting out the following if possible: alcohol, animal products, caffeine, nicotine, refined sugar, refined starches + gluten.
Drink lots of water, smoothies + herbal teas. Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, soups, gluten-free grains + pulses. We will email e-book with tips and recipes.
While fasting, drink your juices at regular intervals throughout the day. Stay hydrated by drinking at least 2L of water + as much herbal tea as you want. Rest during your cleanse. While sleeping, your body heals + regenerates itself, eliminating toxins in the process.
Help your body eliminate toxins by using a number of gentle, effective + safe ways: sweat, dry skin brush (sheds skin cells, opens your pores, stimulates your lymphatic & circulatory system), have a massage or schedule a colonic. If you feel you need some fiber we recommend adding 1 tablespoon of whole psyllium husks to your juice/water. .
Don't delve back into the same old bad habits. Easing out of your cleanse is just as important as easing into it!
The best way to come off a juice fast is by eating the same foods you ate while preparing for it. Try to avoid shocking the body with heavy, hard to digest foods. We recommend light meals for at least 3 days after your cleanse. Fruits, lightly steamed vegetables, soups, liquids, salads + gluten-free grains are always good options.
